  • Official Receipt/Sales Invoice (for machinery)
  • Valid ID of Owner

  • Real Property Tax Receipt / Tax Clearance (for re-assessment)

Steps:

  1. Submit request and requirements → Review and inspection
  2. Issuance of order of payment and preparation of FAAS
  3. Pay fees at Treasury Office
  4. Present Official Receipt → Preparation and release of Tax Declaration

2. Issuance of Certificate of Non-Improvement

Who may avail: Property owners, authorized representatives, bank/lending personnel, and government personnel

Requirements:

  • Real Property Tax Receipt / Tax Clearance

Steps:
