2. Endorsement Letter for Cutting Trees to MENRO
Who may avail:
All residents of Concepcion, Tarlac
Requirements:
- Barangay Certificate of No Objection
- Pictures of trees
- Land Title
- Request Letter (to Mayor thru MENRO)
- License of tree cutter
- Chainsaw Registration
- Valid ID of tree cutter
- Additional (if applicable): ECC/CNC, PTA Request Letter
Steps:
- Submit documents → Review, validation, and preparation of endorsement
- Pay fee at Treasury → Receive Official Receipt
- Present OR → Release endorsement letter

3. Issuance of Environmental Clearance (New or Renewal)

All business owners in Concepcion, Tarlac

- Environmental Compliance Certificate (for critical projects)
- Certificate of Non-Coverage
- Certificate of Treatment (Siphoning)

- Present business application → Assessment of requirements
- Submit complete documents → Review and verification
- Receive environmental clearance
