1. Issuance of Barangay Program of Works

Who may avail:
Barangay Officials in Concepcion, Tarlac

Requirements:

  • Request Letter (1 original)
  • Barangay Resolution (if project is funded under the 20% Economic Development Fund; 1 original)

Steps:

  1. Sign in the Client Log Book → Submit request letter → Coordinate for inspection
  2. Conduct inspection → Prepare program of works → Review and approval
  3. Receive the Barangay Program of Works

2. Issuance of Local School Board Program of Works

Who may avail:
Barangay Officials in Concepcion, Tarlac

Requirements:

  • Request Letter (1 original)

Steps:

  1. Sign in the Client Log Book → Submit request letter → Coordinate for inspection
  2. Conduct inspection → Prepare program of works → Review and approval

4. Issuance of Occupancy Permit

Who may avail:
Building Owner/Applicant in Concepcion, Tarlac

Requirements:

  • As-Built Plan (3 sets)
  • Construction Logbook (1 original)
  • Certificate of Completion (4 originals)
  • Certificate of Supervision (4 originals)
  • Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection (4 originals)
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
  • Special Power of Attorney (if applicable; Original)
