2. Assistance in the Conduct of SRA/Job Fair (Local/Overseas)
Who may avail: Employers, agencies, companies
Requirements:
Company profile, request letter, business permit, job vacancies
For Employers/Companies: DTI/SEC registration, PhilJobNet registration, Mayor’s permit
For PRPA: Letter of intent, DTI/SEC registration, PhilJobNet registration, Mayor’s permit, PRPA license, DO-18A registration
Steps: Request via phone/visit → Submit documents → Authentication & posting of job vacancies → Job fair proper (interviews, supervision, encoding of hired applicants)

Processing Time: 35 minutes
3. Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES)
Who may avail: High school & college students, Out-of-School Youth (15–25 years old)
Requirements:
Endorsement letter
Birth certificate
School registration form, ID, and copy of grades
BIR certificate of tax exemption (parents)
Certificate of indigency
Steps: Apply → Submit SPES application & signed contract → Attend orientation

Processing Time: 21 minutes (+ 1-hour orientation)
4. DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILEP) Referral/Approval
Who may avail: Unemployed/disadvantaged individuals or groups
Requirements:
For Groups/Cooperatives: Certificate of registration, by-laws, DOLE application, financial statements, list of officers/members, board resolution, endorsement
For Individuals: DILEP profile form
Steps: Register & submit documents → Preliminary interview & review → Preparation of project proposal → Issuance of endorsement to DOLE

5. DOLE Emergency Employment/TUPAD Referral/Approval
Who may avail: Unemployed/disadvantaged barangay members
Requirements:
Beneficiary profile
Residence certificate (Cedula)
2×2 ID picture (2 copies)
Steps: Register & submit documents → Preparation of TUPAD proposal → Submission to DOLE & release of endorsement letter

Processing Time: 1 hour 13 minutes
6. Referral of OFWs for OWWA Assistance
Who may avail: Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) & their family members
Requirements:
OWWA membership
Passport/Visa
Overseas Employment Certificate
Steps: Register → Fill out form & present documents → Interview & review of documents → Receive referral letter to OWWA
