The first historical marker of the ancient town of Concepcion was placed in the open to honor Tarlac revolutionary general Servillano Aquino. The marker was unveiled under the direction of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) on February 3, 2021, at the Concepcion Plazuela, coinciding with the 62nd anniversary of his death.
